FOR CUSTOM NEW BUILDS OR RENOVATIONS THAT ALREADY HAVE A CONTRACTOR OR BUILDER SIGNED ON,
OR IF HOME OWNER IS THE CONTRACTOR AND ARE IN NEED OF DESIGN PLANS FOR THEIR PROJECT
E Interiors will create design boards + 1 round of revisions and will meet in person to present designs if local to Arizona. We love to have the floor plans and / or photos, a list of wants & needs for each space, and 5-10 inspiration photos on hand before we begin design work. Designs will implemented via home owner or builder / contractor. E Interiors will be available during the entire process to answer any questions, and will do 3 walk-thru's - for Trim, Electrical, and Paint if applicable. CAD Drawings are available as an add-on service upon request.

FOR RENOVATIONS THAT DON'T HAVE A CONTRACTOR
E Interiors Full Service Design + Facilitation package. E Interiors will create design boards + 1 round of revisions and will meet in person to present designs if local to Arizona. We love to have the floor plans and / or photos, a list of wants & needs for each space, and 5-10 inspiration photos on hand before we begin design work. This option involves E Interiors from start to finish, helping guide home owners through their remodel, helping problem solve & scheduling subs in the correct order, helping prevent mistakes from happening and ensuring a smooth and quick remodel timeline without the costly expense of a contractor. Involves multiple site visits and weekly communication. Home Owner acts as the Contractor in a sense that all payments are made to subs from the home owner. None of the recommended subs work for E Interiors, they are just loyal to us in the jobs we refer them to based on our satifiaction of their work.
FURNITURE + STYLING DESIGNS

ALREADY HAVE A GREAT SPACE, BUT NEED A REFRESH IN FURNISHINGS & STYLING? JUST FINISHED YOUR PROJECT AND ARE READY TO TURN THE HOUSE INTO A HOME?
E Interiors will create design boards + 1 round of revisions and meet in person to present if local to Arizona. Many of the furnishings and products we order come from trade vendors. These vendors are manufacturers that sell exclusively to designers and other industry professionals. This means more selection for you and a variety of unique products not available directly to consumers. Beyond the selection of furnishings, designers also get exclusive pricing from these vendors and they are able to pass these discounts on to their clients. These vendors only ship via freight line carriers, which only deliver to receiving warehouses, because they need a loading dock for their large semi trucks. Once designs are approved and furniture is ordered, we plan an install date where our team loads all of your items, delivers, unboxes, installs, styles, and removes all trash. This is a very turn-key service and includes a reveal day experience!

If you are looking for a refresh or to furnish rooms in your home, e-design would be a great fit for you! We take your inspiration and make it a reality. Our e-design process is easy and straight-forward flat rate fee. E Interiors will create design boards + 1 round of revisions all via email. This option is the most budget friendly, as home owners are able to implement the design 100% on their own as time & budget allows. This process is quick and E Interiors is not involved in detailed decision making beyond the initial design board & questions.
